Giansimone Bertoli (Pirelli Poland) will be the President of the Board of the Polish Tyre Industry Association from the beginning of 2019. On December 10, Andrzej Włodarczyk (Trelleborg Wheel Systems Poland) joined PTIA and took the position of the Vice-President of the Management Board. Simultaneously, Rafał Spirydon (Hankook Tyre Poland) became a Member of the Board.
Giansimone Bertoli was previously the Vice-President of the PTIA Management Board. Andrzej Włodarczyk takes the position of the Vice-President of the PTIA Management Board from Andrzej Wroński – one of the founders of the Association, who worked on its development from the very beginning of its operation. Mr. Wroński decided to terminate his professional career. Furthermore, Rafał Spirydon took the position of Managing Director at Hankook Tyres Poland and is now a member of the PTIA Management Board.

Giansimone Bertoli is a graduate of the University of Parma. He joined Pirelli in 1995. Two years later, he was promoted to the position of Tyres Team Manager. In 2000, he assumed the position of Director of the Pirelli Group office in Russia. From 2004 he was the General Director of Pirelli Poland. In 2011 Giansimone Bertoli returned to the headquarters again, from where he oversaw the development of several European markets. In 2012, he took the position of Managing Director in Spain, overseeing the local market and Portugal. He returned to Poland in 2015, from where he manages not only the Polish market, but also the entire north-eastern and south-eastern Europe.
Andrzej Włodarczyk is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Management at the Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce. From the beginning of his professional career he has been associated with the automotive industry. In 1999 he joined the Michelin Poland S.A. company, where he worked for the next 17 years. In 2016, he decided to travel to India, where he continued to work in the tyre industry at Birla Tyres as Head Sales Process and Training. From November 2018 in Trelleborg Industries Poland Sp. z o.o.
Rafał Spirydon has been involved in the Association’s activities since the founding of the PTIA. From 1998, he worked at Bridgestone as a technical representative, then a sales engineer and head of truck tyre production. From 2007, he was the CEO of Bridgestone Sales Poland. In 2009-2013 in Bridgestone Europe he dealt with the marketing and sale of large-size and agricultural tyres in Europe. Since 2013, in Hankook Tyre Poland as the Commercial Director responsible for passenger and truck tyres in Poland and the Baltic States.
