The Board and the General Meeting of Members of the Polish Tyre Industry Association has chosen on 18 December 2015 Jacek Pryczek from Goodyear for the post of President of the Board. He replaced the current President - Piotr Zielak, representing Continental, on 1 January 2016. John Young from Michelin and Ham Jeong Seung from Hankook were chosen to be the Vice-presidents of the Board.
"We sincerely congratulate the new management and wish them good luck. At the same time, we'd like to thank Dr. Piotr Zielak, the outgoing President of the Association, for his contribution to the development of our organisation," Piotr Sarnecki, the General Director of the PTIA said.

Jacek Pryczek has been with the tyre industry since the beginning of his career. In 1994 he joined the T.C. Dębica S.A., in which over the next 12 years he held positions in the following departments: Purchasing, Legal, Sales and Marketing, as well as acting as a Board Member. In 2006, he was appointed the General Director of Goodyear Middle East and Africa. Since January 2008 he has served as Managing Director of Goodyear in Poland and Ukraine, while remaining the Chairman of the Board and the General Director of T.C. Dębica S.A. and Goodyear Dunlop Tires Poland Sp. z o.o. From 2013 he has also been serving as Managing Director of Goodyear Dunlop Central Europe, overseeing operations of Goodyear Dunlop in Poland, Ukraine and 14 other countries in central and south-eastern Europe. A graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Jagiellonian University.
