A part of the suport member companies of PTIA: Apollo Vredestein, Bridgestone, Continental, Dębica, Goodyear, Hankook, Kabat, Michelin, Pirelli, Trelleborg will provide over 160 summer and winter passenger, agricultural and forklift tyres for the needs of medical transport and the functioning of the Center.
– We would like young patients, their parents and all staff to feel safe in all conditions while traveling by the hospital's medical transport. Children's Health Center saves the life and health of the youngest, and tyres save lives on the road – in this dimension we can work together for safety. PTIA involvement is a responsibility that we can show as entrepreneurs and citizens – underlines Piotr Sarnecki, General Director of the Polish Tyre Industry Association (PTIA).
– The transport department at the Children's Health Center means kilometres for the lives of children – specialized cars transporting organs for transplantation, cars delivering food for extracorporeal feeding all over Poland, and finally, ambulances. As the president of the Virtuosa Foundation, I am happy that on a topic that I have never dealt with, I managed to get such a beautiful and spontaneous reaction from the chiefs of the largest tyre companies – ads Patrycja Piekutowska, chairwoman of the Virtuosa Foundation.
